Once we have narrowed your search down to a particular area or areas, and then further to a set of properties, it is then time to jump in the car and start viewing homes. I try my best to make sure that you not only get to view each property thoroughly but that you get a firm grasp on the surrounding areas as well. This way you can be sure the home is located in an area that is going to be up to your standards and that it has all the amenities you desire.
Whenever possible I preview and/or thoroughly research properties before I show them to my clients. The day of showings I will provide you with full-color, in-depth, print-out reports of the properties that we will be viewing. I will also prepare information on comparable properties, along with any recently sold properties, so that you can get an early understanding for how competitively, or uncompetitively, priced the property is.
Using my digital key I have access to almost every property that you will see on my website, or anywhere else you might look, as long as it is in the MLS System. This is very handy because if a home is being lived in then the current owner or occupant does not have to be there for you to see the house. In fact, in most cases they are not there, giving you the opportunity to give the home a very thorough review without anybody looking over your shoulder.
I have shown as many 25 homes in a single day. It can be an exhausting experience for me, as well as for my clients, but it always proves to be worth it for everyone once we walk into the perfect home.
