Welcome to my website! I created this site to help you (as well as myself) become more familiar with the 100+ Golf Courses, and the several hundred Communities that surround them, here in Arizona's Phoenix Valley. The website represents only a small part of the length I am willing to go to help you find the perfect home to meet your exact needs. I specialize in Golf and Lake Community Properties but have the ability to find any type of property, anywhere in the Valley, and negotiate the best deal for you.
As a Professional REALTOR® I have full access to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. This allows me to search for homes using OVER 100 SEARCH CRITERIAS. This includes geographic location, size, age, room dimensions, types of rooms, specific community rules and regulations, just to name a few.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you are looking for a Single-Story Home, with Dual-Master Bedrooms, 3500 Square Foot Minimum, with Diving-Pool, Waterfront and On the Golf Course. Then I can help! I’m not 100% sure that I could find the EXACT match but I would be able to find the closest home possible and also set it up so that we are both notified when something exactly like it becomes available.
One of the MANY FREE SERVICES that I offer is a "Client Gateway." This is virtually your very own website, set up be me, that will store all the homes that meet your criteria. You are able to save homes as your “Favorites” or “Possibilities”, Make Notes next to the properties, and get rid of the ones you don’t like. I am also able to log in and see what properties you are interested in and answer any questions you might have about the homes. This is a great tool.
